    Pure Raw Honey from our beehives.  No chemicals are used in the hives or processing the honey.  Our raw honey is filtered, but not heat-treated like commercial honey.  It contains traces of beeswax and pollen.  Our bees forage from local ironbark and other gum trees, as well as wildflowers on our property.  The flavour of our raw and unfiltered honey is unique and varies with the time of year.
