Shipping policy
All shipping is via Australia Post Standard Post unless Express Post is selected. Packages will be shipped within 5 days of receiving payment, except for products that are "made to order".
It is the customer's responsibility to enter a correct shipping address, the address you type in at checkout will be transferred directly to Australia Post. To avoid delays or missing parcels, please use the format U{unit number} {street number} {street name} for units or apartments.
It is the customer's responsibility to track shipping via the Australia Post tracking number provided. Once a package has been received and tracked in the Australia Post system, we will not by responsible for corresponding with Australia Post to track any missing packages or providing replacement or refunds for missing orders. Shipping insurance is available on request prior to shipping.
We make every effort to package products to prevent damage during shipping, however if products arrive in poor condition, please immediately send photos of the damage to liz@eight-acres.com.au so that a replacement or refund can be arranged.
